DESCRIPTION
super-plasticising admixture with polyvalent action for concrete, free of chlorides. Ready-to-use super-plasticiser for concrete and mortar, specifically for ready-mixed concrete. It acts by dispersing cement particles and fine parts of aggregates, allowing a considerable reduction of water in the mix. The presence of some components with catalytic action allows to obtain good increases in strength even with the same W/C ratio.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
The use of SUPERBETON 50 makes it possible to obtain:- good reduction in W/C ratio while maintaining the same workability;
- better adherence to reinforcement rods and better vibration response;
- greater initial workability due to a slight delay in setting (does not delay hardening);
- concretes free from bleeding and therefore free from volumetric variations in castings in the fresh state;

Ready-to-use super-plasticiser for concrete and mortar, specifically for ready-mixed concrete. DESCRIPTION
SUPERBETON 500-HC is a chloride-free super-plasticising admixture for accelerating mechanical strength at short curing times. SUPERBETON 500-HC, thanks to the effective synergy of its components and its high dispersing power, promotes hydration of the cement, with a consequent increase in both the initial and final strength of the concrete. SUPERBETON 500-HC complies with UNI 8145 and ASTM 494 type F standards.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
Concrete admixed with SUPERBETON 500-HC changes its consistency from "wet" (1-3 cm of slump) to "superfluid" or "self-levelling" just by adding the superfluidifier at the indicated doses. SUPERBETON 500-HC produces highly workable concrete and appreciable increases in strength at very short, short and medium curing times, while keeping the W/C ratio unchanged.
The "self-levelling" concrete obtained by adding SUPERBETON 500-HC has no segregation and will be more homogeneous and cohesive. The water bleeding values will be less than 5% according to UNI 7122.
When SUPERBETON 500-HC is used in concrete, the workability obtained after admixture can be maintained for a period of time varying from 20 to 40 minutes (at 20 °C).

SUPERBETON 1000-HC, thanks to its high dispersing power and the effective synergy of its components, promotes hydration of the concrete, with a consequent increase in both the initial and final strength of the concrete.
SUPERBETON 1000-HC is chloride-free.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
Thanks to its characteristics, SUPERBETON 1000-HC is suitable for all types of concrete made on site or transported by truck, whatever its field of application (pillars, beams, slabs, thin structures, industrial and airport floors, etc.).
It is also widely used in precast reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete where curing times are envisaged with a 3/4 hour pre-curing cycle.
Concrete pre-precipitated with SUPERBETON 1000-HC changes its consistency from "moist" (2-4 cm slump) to superfluid or "self-levelling" just by adding the superplasticiser in the doses indicated. In this way, concretes of high workability are obtained, but of equal strength as the W/C ratio remains unchanged.
When SUPERBETON 1000-HC is used in concrete, the workability obtained after admixture can be maintained for a period of 1 to 2 hours (at 20°C).

DESCRIPTION
SUPERBETON 1500-HC, thanks to its high dispersing power and the effective synergy of its components, makes it possible to obtain considerable delays in setting times and prolonged maintenance of workability over time. SUPERBETON 1500-HC is chloride-free.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
Owing to its characteristics, SUPERBETON 1500-HC is particularly suitable for producing all types of ready-mixed concrete made on site or pre-packed concrete transported by truck where, due to work or climate requirements, it is necessary to delay setting times and maintain workability over time.
SUPERBETON 1500-HC also offers advantages such as better "visible face", better concrete/iron adhesion, greater resistance to abrasion and less shrinkage of the concrete mix.
When SUPERBETON 1500-HC is used in concrete, the workability obtained after admixture is maintained for a period of 90 to 120 minutes (at 20°C), depending on the type and dosage of cement used. The loss of workability occurs gradually.

DESCRIPTION
SUPERBETON 2000 HC is chloride-free. Its high fluidizing power is due to the synergism of each polymer, which carries out a determined and optimal action on the components of Portland cement and its various formulations (Portland + Pozzolanic; Portland + Fly ash; Portland + Baked clay; Portland + Silica Fume). The consequent greater dispersion of the fine parts in water makes it possible to obtain fluid or extra-fluid non-segregable concretes.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
SUPERBETON 2000-HC is used for the production of high quality concretes, both for works on site and in civil and industrial prefabrication, especially for concretes exposed to aggressive chemical atmospheres.Given the high performance of SUPERBETON 2000-HC, its use is recommended for the preparation of special concretes such as:
- concretes for prefabrication and in particular in structures with thin sections;
- fibre-reinforced concretes with FIBERMIX steel fibres;
- compensated-shrinkage concretes with the use of expanding agents;
- highly impermeable concretes, the addition of MICROSIL silica fume enables self-levelling cohesive concretes to be obtained even in underwater castings, obtaining very high mechanical strengths.

APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
Because of its characteristics, SUPERBETON 3000-HC is particularly recommended in the prefabrication industry for use in the production of civil and industrial structures, whatever their type (normal or compromised concrete) and the concrete maintenance system.
It is also recommended for use in all types of high-quality concrete where good mechanical resistance to short curing times is desired, even during the winter period.
-The "self-levelling" concrete obtained by adding SUPERBETON 3000-HC has no segregation and will be more homogeneous and cohesive. Bleeding values will be less than 5% according to UNI 7122.
-The increase in workability reduces laying costs, facilitates casting in thin sections, even if strongly reinforced, and improves pumpability.
-With SUPERBETON 3000-HC, concretes with the same workability are obtained, but with W/C ratios of 20-30% and more. The concretes will be more homogeneous, easier to place and require less vibration time.
-Mechanical strengths will be proportional to the water reductions made, with increases of up to 100% in some cases compared to the same concrete without additives with the same workability.

APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
IPERBETON 100 is particularly suitable for producing precast concrete elements. It enables re-plastic concretes with a very low W/C ratio to be concreted, thus improving the fair-faced concrete.
The use of IPERBETON 100 makes it possible to obtain very compact concrete, thus reducing the possibility of atmospheric agents such as chlorides, sulphates and carbon dioxide damaging the structure. It is an admixture suitable for producing highly fluid concrete with workability times of 35 minutes.
The dispersing action of IPERBETON 100 can be used

Particularly suitable for producing very high-performance ready-mixed concrete on building sites where workability must be maintained for more than 60 minutes even in unfavourable weather conditions.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
IPERBETON N-22 is recommended as a basic admixture for use in the production of:
- concretes with long transport times where the initial workability of the concrete is to be maintained for a long time (even over 60') without having to add water;
- self-compacting concretes where very high workability is required but without bleeding and/or mixing.

DESCRIPTION
RAPID is a green-coloured liquid, specifically formulated to accelerate setting times and achieve high initial strength in cementitious systems. RAPID also has a plasticizing effect and reduces the W/C ratio while maintaining the mix's workability. RAPID combines the characteristics of a setting accelerator with the property of being a hardening accelerator, thus further contributing to a rapid start-up of the mechanical strengths at short curing times.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES

IDROCAL 31/L is an additive for concrete, obtained by combining a surfactant component with a specific fluidifying and adherent action with a component having a water-repellent effect. IDROCAL 31/L is a perfectly water-soluble, chloride-free liquid that does not require any special precautions in use and handling.IDROCAL 31/L complies with UNI 7102 and ASTM C.494.81 type A standards.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
IDROCAL 31/L is particularly suitable for all applications where an improvement in impermeability is required. It is used to make concrete with low water absorption and to prevent the appearance of surface efflorescence. It is also particularly suitable as a mass waterproofing agent in the production of vibro-compressed products such as blocks, manholes, kerbs, block paving, etc.
IDROCAL 31/L is therefore used for: foundation concrete, concrete for walls against the ground, concrete for underground structures (cellars, pits, lift shafts), concrete for purification tanks, reservoirs, canals, vibro-compressed concrete, ready-mixed concrete.

APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES

ANTI G-50

DESCRIPTION
ANTI G-50 is a special ready-to-use, chloride-free accelerating admixture.ANTI G-50 performs a chemical-physical action that primarily favours cement hydration; therefore, setting times and concrete hardening are anticipated.As a secondary action, ANTI G-50 lowers the freezing point of the mixing water: "antifreeze effect". If used in the cold season and in the recommended dosages, ANTI G-50 accelerates setting times and promotes the development of the initial strengths of the concrete mix, thus protecting it from damage caused by frost. It is important to emphasise that, even at temperatures below +10°C, there is a considerable slowdown in the development of mechanical strengths in concrete.ANTI G-50 complies with ASTM C494 Type C-E and UNI 7105-7109 standards.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
ANTI G-50 is used in all types of concrete (normal, reinforced, improved, self-carrying). Since it is a chloride-free product, it is also used in precast and prestressed concrete. ANTI G-50 is particularly suitable for making concrete in cold climates.
ANTI G-50 gives the concrete mix the following characteristics:

AERCAL
liquid aerating additive, for lightened concrete
DESCRIPTION
AERCAL is a complex solution of active substances of an anionic nature, containing a special activator that acts on the hydration of the cement. AERCAL is formulated to introduce microscopic air bubbles into the concrete and its special composition is such as to control and limit the maximum amount of air incorporated. AERCAL produces a certain amount of micro air bubbles evenly distributed in the concrete when mixing the mix. The presence of the micro air bubbles produced by AERCAL improves the concrete's workability, thereby reducing the amount of water in the mix. Installation is facilitated thanks to greater fluidity of the mix; bleeding, plastic shrinkage and segregation are considerably reduced.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
AERCAL can be used in ready-mixed and pumped concrete, road and airport paving, bridges, canals, hydroelectric constructions, concrete made with light aggregates and, in general, in all works requiring the introduction of air microbubbles, i.e. in all concrete designed to withstand freezing and thawing cycles in order to improve its durability and its chemical resistance to the disintegrating action of aggressive, sulphurous, brackish and alkaline water, etc.
AERCAL, in the cement mix:

ITALFOAMER is a liquid additive with a foaming action, characterized by the ability to incorporate high volumes of air into the cement mixes. It is suitable for the production of lightweight and pumpable mortars and concretes. ITALFOAMER, thanks to its foaming action, favors the formation of air micro-bubbles inside the mortar or concrete produced. This ensures that the cement mass has high stability and cohesion, significantly improving its pumpability.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
ITALFOAMER, for its characteristics, are particularly suitable:
- for the preparation of superfluid cellular mortars and concretes, with high stability, with low modulus of elasticity and tensile strength;
- for filling excavations made in the ground for laying pipes;

DESCRIPTION
ESPANDEX 100 AD is a single-component powder additive for use in the manufacture of highly expansive, bleeding-free mortars. Its expansive action, due to the formation of gas in the cement mixture, causes mortars (depending on their characteristics) to have a final expansion factor of up to 100% within 60 minutes of adding ESPANDEX 100 AD
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
For all uses where expansive mortars with a consolidating action are
required:
- grouting or nailing in tunnel and underground applications;
- consolidation of the face of the excavation, from above by filling the voids created by means of low-pressure injections of expansive mortar;
- filling by simple pouring or injection of cavities, lesions or porosity in soil, rock, etc.
The use of ESPANDEX 100 AD in a special mixture injected into the hole after the laying of the structural element, has the characteristic, being in a confined environment, of generating an expansive and confining action. These actions are capable of re-compressing the ground around the hole by increasing the tension of the ground itself or, at the same time, clogging any fractures or discontinuities.

FAST-BENTON is a mixture of additives in powder form, specially formulated for the immediate activation of bentonite in water, eliminating the waiting time required for its curing.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
FAST-BENTON is used to make mixtures to be used for reinforcing and waterproofing injections in soils and rocks and for making plastic diaphragms. FAST-BENTON makes it possible to make slurries consisting of water, bentonite and cement, which can be used immediately after mixing the different components, without storage times and without the need for bentonite curing tanks.

SUPERBETON HP can be used in all types of high-quality normal or prestressed concrete exposed to chemical aggression from the natural environment, and in particular to make:
- reinforced or prestressed concrete structures exposed to chemical aggression from the natural environment (resistance to sulphates, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, carbon dioxide, etc.);
- concretes with very high mechanical strength, free from bleeding (exudation water), as SUPERBETON HP, added to the expected cement dosage, interacts to increase strength;
- concrete mixes where the microstructure of the cement paste is denser and more compact with reduced porosity, permeability and improved resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and durability;

TEKFLOW is a powder product to be added in the dosage of 6% on the weight of cement to produce fluid, pumpable, non-segregating, waterproof, shrinkage compensated cement slurries with high adhesion to steel and high mechanical resistance.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
The main uses of cement slurries with TEKFLOW additives are
- anchoring of steel cables, bars or tie rods in pre-stressed concrete;
- injection of sheathing with steel strands subjected to high stresses;
- injection into rock and soil, masonry, etc.; and
- filling of structural joints.
The use of TEKFLOW:
- gives the filling slurry high protection against corrosion caused by aggressive media;
- very high fluidity and absence of exudation, making it possible to produce grouts that are easy to pump and easy to apply;
- high mechanical resistance to both short and long curing times;
- high adhesion to steel and concrete;
- Expansion, both in the plastic and hardened phases, guarantees perfect filling of the cavities where the grout with TEKFLOW additive is injected;

INTEWELD
adhesive resin for mortar and concrete
DESCRIPTION
INTEWELD is a chemical-synthetic poduct in the form of an emulsion which, when incorporated into a cementitious mixture, has the property of making a mortar or grout, even in thin layers, strongly adhere to an existing substrate. The use of INTEWELD avoids the costly tapping operations necessary to ensure adhesion to the surface to be restored. After drying, INTELWELD is not absolutely re-emulsifiable in water. The recommended storage temperature is 5-25 °C.
APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES
INTEWELD is used in addition to cement grouts or mortars to give a high flexibility index and long-lasting adhesion to all existing concrete structures requiring repair work. INTEWELD is used in mortars for repairing old structures, for protecting the reinforcement rods of slabs or thin structures, as a bonding grout between two successive concrete castings, for repairing edges or chipping on prefabricated structures, for adhering concrete to a bituminous surface, for making waterproofing mortars or plasters. INTEWELD grouts are particularly suitable for levelling substrates where vinyl type coatings requiring the use of an adhesive will be laid.
